The Jack Dappa Blues Heritage Preservation Foundation Granted 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status in New York, New York, and legally operates in the State of Kentucky – The Jack Dappa Blues Heritage Preservation Foundation is officially a private foundation with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Contributions donated to The Jack Dappa Blues Heritage Preservation Foundation are fully tax-deductible retroactive to the organization’s founding on December 14th, 2016. The Jack Dappa Blues Heritage Preservation Foundation is also eligible to apply for government and foundation grants, which will further broaden its access to resources and strengthen its ability to serve our community by preserving our culture/ethic heritage through the producing of multi-media, community events and workshops.
